It's very quiet but friendly. The staff is very courteous, efficient, and always available. It's a beautiful space and it is very well kept.

It's modern, offordable and close to everything you need without a lot of traffic, noise or congestion.

I have enjoyed living at 1520 Magnolia and would recommend it to people who are looking for a safe, nice, place to live. The staff is wonderful and I feel so safe living here. The residents are nice and everyone i so pleasant to you and always will speak to you whether they know your name or not. Whenever, I have a maintenance problems it is always taken care of immediately. I enjoy living here so much.

They would be lucky if there was an apartment available for them to move into. I don't plan on giving mine up any time soon! This is a great place to live!

It is a wonderful, happy, well-kept community. The staff are AMAZING and cater to your every whim! I feel so extremely safe here and it is a wonderful place for my dog and I to frolic about! The grounds are so well-kept, the location is uber-convenient, and the apartments are just right!!!

It is a nice complex. The apartments have lots of closets and storage space. The pool is very well kept up. The staff are friendly and always willing to help and recognize you and remember your name.

Totally satisfied

So far so good! We had to move in on short notice and for an undetermined amount of time. The staff worked with us on a short time frame and was just phenomenal. Whenever regular maintenance is needed, we receive a notification the day before and then the guys always come through on time. For the two times we've needed to call maintenance for any reason, our issues have been fixed/repaired in less than 24 hours. We find the complex to be pretty well lit and safe, and the apartment is a great value considering the amount of space that we have. Our neighbors are very friendly and there is usually ample parking. Love the accessibility of the gym as well... you won't find a better on site gym in Durham. Oh, and its really quiet. Surprisingly so... we didn't realize that we were near the freeway until a month after we'd been living here. My wife says that the closet space is awesome! We love it here!
